1. Who we are

Odyssee SEO AI is a service by Odyssee, based at Beursplein 37, 3011 AA Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Questions? Email seoai@odyssee.one.

2. The service and your license

With a subscription you receive a license key to activate the Odyssee SEO AI plugin on the number of WordPress sites included in your plan (Basic: 1 site, Pro: 5 sites, Agency: 25 sites). The license is personal and non-transferable. Every plan includes all nine modules and a monthly credit bundle for the AI modules.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices on the website are excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your country. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your license stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that you are not billed again. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, amounts already paid are non-refundable.

5. Credits

Your plan includes a fixed amount of credits each month; unused plan credits expire at the end of the period. Purchased credit packs stay linked to your license and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

6. Use and availability

We do our best to keep the service reliably available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. You use the plugin at your own responsibility and are responsible for backing up your site.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
